Hello,
My name is Valentin PESCARU and I am licensed as clinical psychologist, currently working in „Constantin Gorgos” Psychiatric Hospital. Part of my work within the hospital is interviewing and testing patiens for diagnostic reasons. Another part of the work consist in helping mentally and emottionally distressed clients to adjust or improve life (rehabilitation settings, social rehabilitation), dealing with personal crisis. I provide individual, family or group councelling for the hospitalized patients.
Problems I often treated in the hospital include anxiety, fears, phobias, panic attacks, depression, marital and family problems, sexual problems and other relationship and emotional problems
In addition to my full time practice of clinical psychology I am specialized in psychoanalytical psychotherapy (MD) and working within a private clinic specialized in psychology and psychotherapy.
